"Our stay at the Terrell House was wonderful. Michelle and the staff made sure our arrival went smoothly and explained everything we needed to know. You're pretty close to great restaurants and shops (about a half mile - walk or Uber). They recommended Gris Gris and it was great - we ate their twice in 3 days. Finally, the breakfasts were superb. When we come back to New Orleans, we'll stay here again."

"The property is located right across the street from a street car stop. The lobby is nice and clean. Other areas of the hotel need some general maintenance with some water damage here and there. Our room was decently clean, but the floors were dirty. The beds were comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again. The hotel doors lock at night and you have to use a code to get in. We were group of girls and never felt unsafe in the area. "

And the staff is fun, professional and very welcoming. I don’t care about a gym or pool. Great restaurant and bar facilities, too. Our room had a great view, was large, funky. Clean. "

"This was the most luxurious stay ever! We were upgraded to a suite and it was a pleasant surprise! The beds turned down, breakfast in the room, and the absolute best bath soap ever were all excellent. The pillows and mattresses are to die for. The location was perfect and service top notch. Can’t recommend it enough!"
