"Beautiful “new smelling scented” hotel. Casino was packed, seemed fewer slots available- maybe because of the amount of players that day. Complimentary drinks was not as accessible- someone goes around with a drink cart rather than a permanent soda/coffee station. Long line for the asian restaurant- chinese food was okay. did not try other restaurants. Enjoyed the food court though closes earlier than expected. No pool- but spa available. Could not control Temperature panel in room- was not...

"Friendly staff and clean room. Even though I slept well, the mattresses desperately need updating as they were a bit hard and dented in in the middle. Other than that, the shower worked well, the tv had plenty of channels and it was easy access to my room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to that."

"I booked this room for location, price on a last minute price/availability needed stay, and after reading reviews that were positive. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what the positive reviews were based on. If it was on the bed alone, I agree, it was a clean place for me to lay my head for 7 hours. But the entire hotel was old, the rooms are in desperate need of repairs and cleaning. The bathroom ceiling was full of black mold. And for a non-smoking hotel, the hallways all reeked of cigarette smoke....

"The place is nice decently clean the only problem but we have is several days we cannot use the pool because the pool door was broken and busted so that's only thing I can say about this otherwise everything just fine oh and the breakfast was very boring almost every day the same old thing"

"If you are looking for a room that is hands down best price in area this is it. Comfortable beds excellent water pressure and very hot water! The General Manager runs a tight ship, i would have her on my team any day, very hard worker and so is the rest of her staff. The money you save here allows you to visit more of the Awesome Fox Valley/ Naperville!!!"
