"The exceptional attention provided made my vacation magical.
However, despite the establishment’s claim of accessibility, there’s no designated beach access for wheelchair users, which impacted my daughter’s experience."
"The Hotel charges a $40 per day Resort Fee , plus a tax on that fee as well. The Fee is for parking at the hotel, breakfast , coffee and cookies. As for the parking , I have a SUV so there is no way to fit into the little parking covered spots on the property and the 4 other spots were always taken or cars parked to close , you would not be able to back up . We did not eat breakfast and my husband got coffee 2 times out of the 3 nights/ days we stayed. We were sitting in the courtyard on Saturday afternoon , it was rainy and nobody came out to greet us to see if we needed a drink or food - I went into the office area and asked if we could get some cookies. A gentlemen said we do put the cookies out at 6:30 , it was 4 pm at this time. My husband and I had dinner reservations at 7 pm. We did not want cookies before we are leaving for dinner. There were no other guests out in the terrace or around . I think they could of made 2 cookies in the toaster oven for your guest that is asking- but no that did not happen. We did stay here last year at the same time and we had fabulous service, it was not as busy and the staff seemed a bit more attentive and accommodating then the staff we had during our stay. "
"We needed a place to relax for the weekend after a busy work week. This fit the bill. We stayed in building 14. We had a lovely balcony with rocking chairs. They provided a nice cozy blanket.
We had a massage. I believe my therapist’s name is Erica. She was wonderful!
They have live music and a patio with fireplaces to relax. We did enjoy that area a few times.
The staff were all very well trained; super polite and couldn’t be more helpful.
We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the food.
They have golf carts to take you to the beach. We had a wonderful time there relaxing in the chairs they provide.
We will definitely stay again if we travel to that area again.
Thank you"
