"This hotel is a find and a gem. The owners and their staff are gracious, attentive, and efficient. Our bed was very confortable. Our bathroom was spacious, clean, and beautiful with tile-covered walls and floor. The view of the Sea of Cortez and of sunsets was a delight. We enjoyed the full breakfast served to order. This hotel deserves its large number of "excellent" reviews. We highly recommend Hospedaje Mulege and plan to return soon. "

However, once inside the condominium complex, the environment feels safe and comfortable. One important detail to note: the check-in process requires signing an additional contract outside of the Hotels.com platform. Travelers should be aware that access to the unit will be denied if this document is not completed, submitted, and confirmed by the owner or property management in advance. This is especially critical for those arriving after business hours, as there may be no on-site assistance or concierge service available to resolve entry issues. "We loved this resort but the restaurant staff is very rude, they won’t allow you to pay in dollars if you use a card. Also the pool was closed and don’t let me talk about the beach because it was like one mile away from the resort."
