"La Finca Azul is a really nice place to stay. We only stayed for one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer. It's surrounded by beautiful nature, with a river nearby. The food was good, and the owner's daughters were really sweet to our two-year-old. If you want a peaceful getaway with nature and friendly people, this is a great place to go."

"This was a wonderful first stop on our vacation as is it was midway betweeen San Jose and La Fortuna. We stayed in the family villa for 2 nights and found it to be spacious with beautifully landscaped grounds. The local waterfalls were easily accessible and we could walk to local restaurants. It was a highlight of our trip!"

The food was top notch and there was a wide variety of activities to choose from. The hiking on the property was quite enjoyable and we loved the on property private waterfalls. "Clean room. Very nice staff. Beautiful property. Amazing amount of animal life on property. Hummingbirds right outside our little porch all day. Had breakfast and a la carte which was good. We did not do the dinner buffet. Loved the feel of the lodge with the library and games. Just a beautiful place overall. "
