Doesn’t look like much on the outside but once you get past the front door it is very quaint. I love the privacy and intimate atmosphere. The cute pink aesthetic is picturesque. The staff welcomed us kindly and we felt very safe. I loved our ocean view and sitting on the balcony in the morning with complimentary coffee. Our room was very clean and we had fresh sheets every night. I’d love to stay again some day. Thank you Maui Garden Oasis!

Perfect spot for a couple

This room was perfect. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size. The workers there were very friendly. They have pool gear for you to use and much more. The owners were very responsive and were helpful. I would recommend this place to any couple staying in Maui.

Wir hatten das Hotel ursprünglich als Garden Gate Bed&Breakfast gebucht. Frühstück gab es jedoch leider keins, das wurde vor 6 Monaten abgeschafft. Darüber wurden wir nicht informiert. Die Besitzer Jamie&Bill haben wir auch nie zu Gesicht bekommen, lediglich die Angestellten.

Enttäuschung B&B in Lahaina

Wir hattten zum relativ hohen Preis Unterkunft mit kontinentalem Frühstück gebucht und vorbezahlt. Beim Checkin und beim Checkout ließ sich die Vermieterin verleugnen. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen sei sie nicht mehr in der Lage, Frühstück anzubieten. In unserem sehr kleinen Zimmer gab es nur eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee, der täglich aufgefüllt wurde. Der allgemeine Kühlschrank war außer Marmelade, Butter und Honig fast ständig leer. Auf Nachfrage gab es für uns auch 3mal (bei 8 Tagen Aufenthalt) Äpfel, Jogurt und etwas Brot. Das Mobilar im Zimmerchen war alt und abgewohnt (Stühle, Tisch und Bett). Die sanitären Anlagen und heißes Wasser waren ok.

Schönes B&B

Wir haben 4 Nächte in diesem B&B verbracht. Als wir ankamen war die Reception nicht besetzt,als wir die angegebene Tel.Nr. anriefen sagte uns eine Person dass sie uns gerade nicht helfen könne,jedoch später zurückrufe...als dann jemand auftauchte erhielten wir ein superschönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Zum Frühstück konnte man sich aus dem Kühlschrank bedienen,was für uns super war. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Ort. Auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer im 2.Stock buchen,super Terasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

Lovely B&B

Host gave us a short introduction of things to do and see on the island as well as an audio CD guide for the 'Road to Hana'. Breakfast was self-service in the fridge, which was really convenient and plentyful. We would totally recommend this B&B and would come back again.

This is a nice little place very close to the town center. I was staying in the lahina room which has a large balcony with ocean and mountain views.

Cramped rooms no space for suitcases and clothes

We booked a room for a week and got a room with no windows. The pictures are very deceiving. There was no dresser or closet to put your clothes, just a small rod to hang your clothes over the mini frig. Continental breakfast but not on Sundays! The room was very cramped only really fits one person because you have to live out of your suit case so you need room to keep it on the floor. I will not stay there again.

El B&B esta en muy buen estado, la habitacion es grande y comoda, la cama es lo mejor!! El baño es grande y muy bonito. Ofrecen desayuno bastante variado, cafe, frutas, pasteleria todos los dias excepto los domingos. Los dueños que lo atienden son atentos y correctos en todo momento. La localizacion esta bien si tenes un auto sino esta como a 3 km de Lahaina (centro de maui donde hay comercios, restaurantes y supermercados) asique recomiendo que si se quedan aca alquilen un auto si o si.

Rest and Relaxation at Garden Gate

Absolutely would consider staying here again. You can't beat the price and the overall value this place provides. The workers there are so nice and attentive. Centrally located between Front Street and the big Hotel district. Only negative was that the free wi-fi had subpar connectivity.

Good quality for the price

We stayed for 4 nights. It's not close to the beach (10 minutes by car), but in a very quiet area. The B&B is very nice, with a nice garden for breakfast. It was clean and the staff is very friendly. Good buffet breakfast, with fresh fruits and a variety of options.

Very nice.

We stayed overnight twice while moving around the islands. Proximity to the ferry dock was the main advantage. The rooms were nice, staff helpful and breakfast was good.

Great little B&B

This was a great little B&B, especially for those looking to avoid the massive resorts that dot the Maui coast. The owner and staff are super friendly and provided numerous recommendations for places to eat and things to see.

Completely overpriced and disorganized!

This place is a joke. When we came to check in, they didn't have my reservation. It was so uncomfortable. I walked in & a room full of women just sat & stared. No one really said anything to me. I finally had to ask if I was in the right place. She then asked me who I was. I told her. She continued to drink her wine & stare at me. She had no reservation for me. She didn't have any idea how much money the room was. She asked me how much I paid. I told her my card was held & it had already allocated the funds to them. She assured me that wasn't the case & that I would need to run my card. I gave her my card and she ran it. It was a different amount than the online charge. I was in fact charged 2 times. 2 different amounts. Then when I actually got to my room she hadn't even had it ready for us. It was clean, but I just felt like I was putting her out the whole time. It was so uncomfortable. She kept saying she didn't have my reservation and how it wasn't her fault. I don't care the fault. Did I mention the room? Wow. It was a tiny room with no air circulation and a terrible AC unit. It was so hot and it wasn't even peak heat season. Did I mention it was tiny!!! The total for this experience was about $200.00 & they charge an add $25.00 cleaning fee, even though the room was already over priced. Ugh. I knew the minute I walked in, I should have turned around and walked out. Big mistake! I would never book here again!
