"The staff was great and kind. It was a quick check in as well. However… I’m not one to complain… and I’m not. However the breakfast location was more of a nook… it was so small for how many rooms there are. They allow people to keep their cars there for cruises so the parking is crazy full with very small slots. Finally the water temp in shower was terrible. I still felt like I had soap and shampoo on me even after showering. Otherwise the bed was comfy. "

"My one and only issue was that the gym wasn’t open until 9 AM. I would think people on vacation would want to work out bright and early before starting the rest of their day. Everything else at the hotel could be accessed by key cards and wrist bands. I would think they could do the same with the gym."

"I stayed the week with 3 teenage girls who had the time of their lives. We felt very safe, there was so much to do & the beach was absolutely gorgeous. All of the restaurants were excellent. The Italian Palms Court was our favorite. We never left the resort. Very happy with our stay. "

"The bathroom floor had water damage, when we took showers, we noticed the shower curtain was too short to stay closed. With just the force of the water, the curtain would pull away from the tub and water pooled in the floor.
We brought this to the attention of the front desk and they did not seem to care. "
