"I stayed here for an event last week, and had the worst experience I've ever had at a Disney resort. The tv in the room would not turn off and the housekeeping and maintenance were non-existent. I found the staff rude beyond belief and unhelpful. The doing our job line was their way of saying go away, and they did not help at all. For a property that costs such a large amount per night you would expect some level of customer service, but that has disappeared completely. The buffet takes it...

"Best place"

"The morning we left, while sitting in the room enjoying coffee, I hear a clicking sound and look over to where the coffee maker was plugged in…to see black SMOKE coming from the outlet. I unplugged it, and then a FLAME shot out of the outlet. I went down to inform the front desk and I was BRUSHED ASIDE like no big deal! I beg to differ! That could have been a DISASTROUS situation if I had been sitting outside on the balcony and didn’t unplug the coffee maker!!!! The TV also was not working...

"We were welcomed by a very warm team. They were very helpful. The suite was clean and to our surprise our balcony faced magic kingdom. The hotel was very kid friendly. A perfect place to stay if you’re going to Magic kingdom with a toddler and a baby. We walked there and back."
