"The morning we left, while sitting in the room enjoying coffee, I hear a clicking sound and look over to where the coffee maker was plugged in…to see black SMOKE coming from the outlet. I unplugged it, and then a FLAME shot out of the outlet. I went down to inform the front desk and I was BRUSHED ASIDE like no big deal! I beg to differ! That could have been a DISASTROUS situation if I had been sitting outside on the balcony and didn’t unplug the coffee maker!!!! The TV also was not working...

"They do not clean your room unless you specifically ask at the front desk the prior day. I had to vacuum my own room. There were bugs crawling on the night stand. I decided to check the bed for bed bugs and the box spring was stained , the towels and rags were stained and were barely held together. The rooms smelled, the hallway smelled and the pool was dirty and in need of repair. And the pool towels were very stained . The elevator was dated and jumped while making loud scary noises when it...
