"Well-located near airport and train station. 45 minutes from Dallas downtown very convenient; clean, good breakfast and service"

"When I made the reservation, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast. Nowhere was it mentioned that the hotel was undergoing renovations or that breakfast would not be available as advertised. Instead, guests are only given a bag containing water, an apple, and a bagel, which is simply not sufficient. I specifically chose this hotel because of the hot breakfast included with the stay. Had I been informed beforehand that breakfast would not be available as promised, I would have booked a different...

"The elevator repairs were not completed during my 10-day stay, forcing me to use the stairs to reach the third floor. As a person with a physical disability, this was extremely difficult—especially when carrying my suitcase up and down the stairs during check-in and check-out. Furthermore, the doorstop for the stairwell door was positioned in a way that obstructed the door, preventing it from opening fully—an issue that remained unaddressed. The display on the room clock was also broken. The...

"Final Rating: 3.9/5 Overall, my stay was comfortable, with a few areas that could be improved. The clean rooms and good breakfast were definite positives. With improvements in customer service, parking availability, and transparency about fees, the overall guest experience would be much better. Room: The room was very clean, and the overall setup was excellent. Everything was well organized and maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was quite good. While the...

"Hotel is under renovation. When I stayed a month ago, laundry facility was closed. One Elevator wasn't operating. Overall maintenance wasn't that good. Hopefully they finish renovation good adaptation."

"I booked this hotel in Northwest Dallas close to the warehouses due to us having to do some business with a couple of wholesalersthat are close by. man what a mistake! The place is run down and so are all the restaurants around the motel. Look like they sell drugs out of the front door. The streets are beat to hell and no regard for order there. Will never recommend anyone to ever stay there."

"The office chair provided was terrible. Went to your mid back and extremely uncomfortable. We asked for replacement and management could no accomodate. The internet was extremly slow and you had to PAY for high speed internet. Very dissappointed at $222.00 per night and have got both of the items above at extended stays at half the price. WILL NOT BE BACK."

"Took forever to check in"

"Nice renovations"
