"Fire alarm went off early in the morning. Bad way to wake up. "

"Everything in the room was available, however there was stagnant water in the dish washer. I ran it to clean it out. The shower would also have issues draining while the water ran to bath. The telephone did not work so not able to use. Towels and bed linens didn't seem clean so I laundered them. Which leads to the laundry/weight room. A great touch to take care of anything that needs attention to be washed and get in a little workout in while you wait."

"The same breakfast for the four days. My room was cleaned only once during my four-day stay, after I requested it. The ice tray appears not to have been cleaned for many months."

"Front receptionist young female had an attitude . To get towels I was told they were limited . I needed 4 clean towels for a two bed room 4 people . Only was given two in exchange for 4 dirty ones . Tv was not working in room and ended up ganging bedrooms at 11:30 pm! "

"My only issue is that I couldn’t stay longer. Love the property! The views of the lake from my room and balcony were lovely. Being able to eat outside overlooking the lake for dinner was beautiful. The food and drinks didn’t disappoint. The on site parking was a plus for no extra charge! The staff was very accommodating although I hated the fact that I had to go all the way downstairs just to get bottled water. My overall experience was a 10/10. "

"They are currently doing some remodeling to the common areas. Construction ended nightly by 6:00 pm, so I was never bothered by any sounds. There was no inconvenience. "

"Great hotel. Super close to Toyota Music Factory. My only complaint is that the shower curtain didn’t really fit. It was basically 3/4 of a shower curtain."
