The place was surprisingly clean and modern the AC worked the ice machine worked although we did end up finding a cockroach in the ice machine ice. however that did not bother us all too much we just didn’t use the ice cockroaches are a part of the south. out of all of the horrible reviews that you read you can rest assure that this place is worth the $60 that they charge. The only con of this place was the stairs there is no elevator and you have to walk everything up to the second story. We would stay here again!!

Birthday getaway

A/C worked great! Front office staff was very pleasant. Pricing was very reasonable, so I guess you get what you pay for. Room reeked of smoke, I do realize it was a smoking room. We got this room because it was on the ground floor. But it needed deodorizer or to be aired out. Comforter and sheets had cigarette holes in them.

Horrible

Horrible. Cockroaches, bed bugs and nasty environment. Mold everywhere. There were holes in the walls and not in a clean or nice neighbor hood. I was walking out of the office when someone tried to tell me to get into their car. Drugs are a huge problem with this facility. I would never in my life stay at this place again. I honestly was happy when I woke up and the relief was because I wasn’t murdered!

Scared for my life

I actually didnt stay here. I pulled up and saw that the place was an absolute crap hole. Several people in the parking area that looked like they didnt have anything to do until i left my car. Then they would go ahead and take it or at least my tools in it.

I didn't like the area the staff gave me an attitude before for miscommunication whit other staff about the rooms, other than that the rooms are clean beds are comfortable you get what you pay for. I just probably never chose this place again.

This was by far the worst motel I have encountered since I started traveling for work. I ended up moving to a different motel even tho I didnt get my money back. There were roaches on the walls, in the shower, on the floor and those were the ones I saw so I can only imagine. Some were dead and alot were not. I would never recomend this place to anyone.

Roach infested hotels.com refused refund.

Just wanted to sleep for a few hours. Didn't have the room that we had reserved even though the place seemed pretty deserted. Were told to only use one double bed since they didn't honor reservation for king. Room was infested with small roaches. Giant dead ones on the floor when we got in rm. Assorted dead ones in bthrn light fixture. Then we noticed the small live ones. Both of us saw different roaches within a few minutes. After maybe 10 mins in the room we decided to leave cuz we were grossed out about roaches crawling on us as we slept in both beds. Time can be verified with key card. Hotels.com refused a refund for the 10 mins we spent at the roach infested motel cuz they said motel mgmt said we had "used" the room. Idk if hotels.com thinks we were lying or what, but 30% credit on a disgusting room I spent ten mins in, is not acceptable. The motel doesn't show up on my bank statement. It's hotels.com. I'm certain that a refund could have been issued regardless of what motel said. Probably just check out other options once I get my next free room. Only need one more night. I will make sure I'm familiar with the property so I don't have to take the chance of paying for a room I don't stay in. Unbelievable. Also some bars very close by. Had to be very careful not to run over any drunks on the road. These bars didn't have parking so cars and drunks were all along the side of the road. Do not recommend. If not for the roaches, would've been a halfway decent place.

looked like mildew on the ceiling. it was peeling and failing from the ceiling onto the bed and floor. water was dripping/leaking from the ceiling onto our heads. commode leaking onto the floor. i had to clean the room/room not clean enough.

HORRIBLE and the manager was nonchalant and rude when she asked about the stay and was told the truth. The pictures are of one of the rooms and the clerk said that most of there rooms look like that. And this was directly over the bed.

Had the usual amenities for that grade of motel but is very tired and rundown. Had to unplug the fridge to plug in the microwave, and there were no other reachable plugs to use to charge devices etc. Only one of the two washing machines was working. Reception staff person was nice.
