Hot drink making facilities and a nice addition of water in the mini fridge, access to a dining area downstairs with microwave, hot drink facilities and a toaster was all you needed. The price reflects the absence of breakfast supplied and to be honest, we preferred this option. Great value for money. We will be back! "

"I stayed here for one night with my partner we had a double room very clean with a good bed .On arrival staff very friendly&helpful we went for a friends party and reception advised us how to get there really good top location on the seafront, bar well stocked had a drink in afternoon and night staff great definately stay again a little gem ."

The main problem we had was that every time we sat down at an empty table for an evening meal, we had to ask a member of staff to clean the surface of the table, which was still sticky from the previous occupant.
