"The palace itself is stunning. However, service is poor. Breakfast ends at 9:30. We had to rush for the breakfast. Breakfast was really bad. Burnt, dried and stale. No tissue paper, no hair dryer, no iron. I have never seen a toilet paper role that thin. Hot water takes forever to mix. Most of the time, internet doesn’t work."

"One of the most charming places my friend and I stayed on our trip in March! Rooms are beautifully designed and clean. The rooftop is lovely and has a nice view, and the breakfast was delicious. We had dinner elsewhere but at night the rooftop is hopping! Owners were so sweet and accommodating. A highlight of our stay!"

"This hotel surpassed all our expectations. The images and all the reviews could not prepare us for what we experienced. The staff was outstanding. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and be gracious in all their interactions with us. The hotel facilities were exceptional. "This place should not be used as a hotel also considering the price it’s not worth it. The lobby and common areas smell of urine. The doors to the rooms are light which means it’s very noisy in the rooms until late night. The place is not clean, we had only boiling hot water in the shower and overall it’s just disgusting and overpriced. I cannot believe hotels.com has this property on their site. "

"ジャイサルメールに夜行列車で到着したのが朝の4時、チェックインの朝10時まで休める場所がなくて困っていたのですが、ホテルのスタッフが親切にドミトリーの空いてるベッドを提供してくれました。 しかもドミトリーの宿泊代はいらないとのこと！ 屋上レストランの食事も美味しかったです。 おかげさまでこちらのホテルを拠点にジャイサルメールをゆっくり観光することが出来ました。"
