"Overall a great experience. Cleanliness is lacking, and the rooms are extremely outdated for 2026. Nice and spacious at least, and the water park area is very neat. Lifeguards should do a better job of making sure all of the excessively empty tubes are out of the lazy river when they aren’t being used though. Kinda irritating floating with the family and constantly running into empty inner tubes. I started to clear some out and the lifeguard blew her whistle at me and said I couldn’t do that. If that’s the case, make sure the extra lifeguards are clearing the water of all the extra inner tubes that are empty. Good experience overall!"

"Over the labor day weekend we stayed here. The place was very clean and very friendly. Nothing fancy but we also didn't have to stay 3 day minimum. (Which many places there only excepted) We had nothing but friendly staff. We would definitely stay again"

"This was a last minute get out of Chicago trip to Lake Geneva. Lots of great history and character. Never seen more people stop to take pictures of a hotel. There are only 6 rooms here so it is quite unique. It is truly like stepping back into history. The speakeasy bar is a fun experience. Hotel is walking distance from everything downtown. The property manager Cortney was welcoming and very helpful and lives on-site so very responsive. This is not a modern antiseptically clean, charmless hotel. It has personality and character so don't be too judgmental."
