"AC was off when we arrived late at night and the room over 85F. It did not get to 72 for hours which was terrible to sleep in. The window could not be opened to let fresh cool air inside so it just sucked all night. None of our towels were clean which was a huge inconvenience. We even noticed another guest at the check in counter asking for towels because their room didn’t have any clean ones. The sink was falling apart. Definitely not coming back to this hotel. "

"Very dirty. Couldn’t open sliding door. Huge hole in the wall by sliding glass door. Super sorry carpet and bathroom. Roach infested. Staff was nice. We ate the coat prepaid a few nights and left on day two to a real hotel. Pictures very misleading except pool. Definitely going to be a Karen and call corporate about it all. Expedia needs to remove them. This place is nasty "

"Hmm where to begin? Room was dirty but I did find someone’s old grapes on the nightstand left for me. No toilet paper in the room anywhere, nor soap. TV didn’t work. But aside from all the basic amenities missing, the most memorable part of my experience was the smoke detector beeping non-stop from 1:37am until I checked out of the hotel. You’d be better off staying in your car overnight."
