"There was no maid service, you had to take out your own garbage, weren't allowed to turn thermostat below 74, no ice machine, a room that was rated as accessible didn't have any handicap features except it had a wide enough door to get into the room. Won't stay there again."

"I’ll never come back to this place, even if it’s for free. Broken shower, broken microwave, super dirty and terrible smell, all chairs and table on the pool area were broken as well and counting.
