"I am not one to leave negative reviews leaving this here until I get a refund I was denied. Staff was nice and friendly. Called and was told Pool and HOT TUB were working Came in late went to pool Hot tub was not operational asked a staff member they said had been out of commission for quite awhile We picked this hotel for distance from the air port and specifically because it had a hot tub. Exposed ripped out sheetrock over the hot tub with exposed beam with what appears to be BLACK MOLD....

"The building needs a renovation, carpet in the hallways are worn out. The room was clean but paint on walks is old and some baseboards we’re missing. The bathroom is dated. We were not able to get a call through to the front desk when we called from the airport for a shuttle. The front desk was extremely busy at check in 8:30 at night. It took us 30 minutes to check in and they weren’t willing to give us any credit for the wait or the lack of shuttle service. They charge a $25 “resort fee” but...

"We had a short stay at the hotel. But the staff was very helpful and kind. We needed 2 rides to the airport and they were ready to help. The freezer wasn't working in our room and they found a work around that didn't make us switch our room. The areas we used were clean and would be usable."

"I liked that it was convenient to the airport and the train depot. The shuttle service was great and on time. But was not clean, so much dust on heater that I am sure no air would be able to come out. Sheets looked like they had been slept on. Very out dated and dirty."

"It worked in a pinch. However, the cleanliness of the room was terrible. There no way the one bed had been cleaned. Grass, dirt, HAIR. Couldn’t believe it. Also, there was fly in the bathroom sink area. I was wondering where it came from, and then we noticed a dirty towel stuffed until the sink cabinet… I’ve never stayed someone so unkept. "We loved everything! Pleasant helpful staff, beautiful full breakfast every morning until 9:30 M-F and breakfast until 10:30am Sat and Sun. Nice large laundry FREE for guests FYI Walmart is literally across the small road to buy trail size laundry soap. The front desk does offer laundry soap to buy but Walmart has it for only $1.17 a load when you go to the travel size section in Walmart. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast for few days in a row had the same egg with cheese...

"Everything was great! The pocket doors for the bathroom were difficult to close and did not close completely as they don’t align to the wall. Did not like having the lack of privacy in the bathroom."

"The staff was great. Couldn't be nicer. We arrived at the train station and the transfer van was there within 10 minutes and the lady driver was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The room was very disappointing. Faint smell of cigarette smoke, old loud air conditioner and only one bath towel. For the price they charged, it should have been a lot better."
