"We got in late and the A/C in our room didn’t work, which wasn’t a big deal but we did have to switch rooms fairly late. Location is kind of in a questionable area, too. I would say. Especially for the price. The girl with the purple hair working the front when we arrived was ten stars tho! Absolutely fantastic service. "

"I was very disappointed with the condition of my room during my recent stay at Hampton Inn. Cleanliness and maintenance are basic expectations, especially for a brand that promotes consistency and quality. The bathroom door was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall sanitation of the room. In addition, the sink faucet was loose and unstable, making it difficult to use and giving the impression that routine maintenance is being overlooked. These issues are...

"Outside of the property needs some work. Room was clean and shower had hot water. Also I left a personal item in the room and they let me back in to retrieve it. "

"Didn't make it till 10pm room was dirty had to clean bath tub my self found stuff underneath the bed and desk and the main reason I booked here was the pool but it was not working when we got there and they didn't even tell me even though I requested a room right on the pool would stay there again but most likely will try to find somewhere better next time"

"The staff were friendly and always willing to help. However, they were in the middle of renovating all areas except for the rooms which had been completed. It should be a very nice property once that is finished. Although they said the rooms had been completely remodeled, there was some touchups that were left hanging such as screws in the bathrooms were some former fixture had once been. Overall, things were good and we would return."

"The air conditioner was extremely loud. Sounded like the motor was going out. Staff did apologize and brought a fan to our room. Not much of a breakfast. Beds were every high. "
