"Lo bueno: excelente ubicación, edificio antiguo muy bonito, jardín interno espectacular con árboles añejos y terraza para desayunar y comer, desayuno muy completo, buen aire acondicionado en habitaciones (no hay en el resto del hotel), personal servicial.
Lo no tan bueno: hace falta algo de actualización en lo estético. Tiene el potencial de hotel 5 estrellas pero está amueblado tipo 2 o 3 estrellas.
Almohadas de pésima calidad, colchones poco confortables. El desayuno es muy completo pero la...

"The hotel is very convenient and ideally situated for easy access from Bergamo Airport by taxi and for walking to both Bergamo Old Town and the New Town. The buffet breakfast had a very wide choice and the staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated being able to leave our bags until our late afternoon flight home."

"Wer ein Einzelzimmer bucht erwartet ein Blick in viele Rohre und eine Betonwand ca. 1m Abstand! Kein Sonnenlicht und muffig!

Nach Reklamation keine Bereitschaft einen Kompromiss zu finden obwohl das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war!
