Fontainebleau Las Vegas, MICHELIN Key Award Hotel

8/10 Good

"Nice hotel but the room was not very clean. Expected a cleaner room for the price and property. Staff was nice though."

Caesars Palace

8/10 Good

"Enjoyed ourselves over Halloween weekend at Caesar’s. Couple of areas in need of improvement: Check-in. After long flights, drives, etc, the last thing people want are long waits to get into their room. Took us half an hour to get checked in and we only had a half dozen in front of us. Another minimum 2 dozen guests were lined up by time we were done. You need at least another 3 associates up front from 4-7:00. Elevators: stayed in Augustus Tower on 24th floor. In mornings the ONE operating elevator (out of six) was packed every time it got down to our floor. After waiting 30 minutes we resorted to taking the elevator up so we could be assured of being on it going down. ALL of the elevators should be operating from 6-10a.m. If nothing else it’s a safety issue. Otherwise, enjoyable stay."

Luxor Hotel and Casino

10/10 Excellent

"Bro its the Luxor, the room is going to be cool. Really cool that you dont even need to go to the desk to check in. Your phone is the room key and elevator key. And you can just check out on your phone. All of these things are really important during a stay coinciding with a holiday. Oh yeah, definitely get the food and beverage credit and use it. If you just eat or drink in the Luxor one time it makes sense."

Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino

10/10 Excellent

"We had an amazing stay at Planet Hollywood these last couple of days, check-in was quick and the staff was extremely kind and helpful! Can’t believe I’ve waited this long to book a room here, it’s so close to everything and less than half the price of some the other hotels around it. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Rooms are simple but they have everything you need including mini fridges for keeping leftovers. We upgraded and had the early check-in fee waived, ended up in a king room with a huge bathtub and shower - it was perfect! Thank you PH staff, can’t wait to stay again soon!"
