"Charming. Love the proximity to the lake. The pool is wonderful. Food is very good. Staff very friendly and hard-working. If the weather is very hot opt for a lower floor. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very hot and some of the windows did not open. We are hearty and made it work with a fan and cold swim before bed but it was not ideal. The view is fairy-tale-like. Would go back and get a lower floor with balcony"
"Für mich eines der schönsten Hotels der Schweiz. Der Aufenthalt war sensationell. Es gibt keinen Punkt, der nicht gut war. Personal, Essen, Trinken, Zimmer, Sauberkeit, sind sensationell. Man fühlt sich schon wohl, wenn man das erste mal hineingeht. Meine Bewertung: 10/10

"Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "

"Large hotel with outstanding fitness facilities: gym, pool, sauna. Breakfast has great variety of morning food including omelette to taste ans a glass of Prosecco."
"Was a lovely place to stay, however we weren't aware that the hotel was not staffed after 1 pm on a Monday, also the restaurant was closed on Monday but they did suggest recommendations.
The only other small but strange thing was the mini bar was communal in the outer Hall.
Although we were self check in on the Monday, the staff we saw on the Tuesday were very helpful"
