"From the photos on Expedia we were excited for our stay at the Inn. Upon our arrival, there was no parking where we had been instructed to park and only street parking was available. Check in was fine. When we walked into our room we discovered it not to be as pictured on Expedia. "Worse staff ever. Took an hour check in. Room was prepaid. They charged $155.01. Stated system glitch. Supposedly refunded but it was charged again. Manager Rhema called me a liar and said it was her word against mine. Her representative Jessica said refund timeframes was 2 days. Had to call corporate. Still waitin on refund "
