"My stay at Holiday Inn was okay overall, but there are several things that management really needs to improve.
Starting at the entrance, there was a water leak that created a potentially dangerous situation for guests arriving at the hotel. This is a safety concern that should be addressed immediately.
On the positive side, check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel appeared clean and well-maintained.
However, the breakfast was extremely disappointing. The food quality was terrible,...

"My experience at Hyatt Place Busch Gardens was disappointing. The rooms were only cleaned every two days, and even then, we had to specifically request housekeeping service. Additionally, the room was outdated and clearly in need of renovation. I expected better maintenance and service from a Hyatt hotel. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations."

"Our room was in the first floor and while it was as described, it was dated and basic.
We had a cockroach scurry across the floor one evening. The hotel played loud music at all hours which was heard throughout our hotel room before 7am and after 10pm. On the day of our checkout, maintenance was painting spots in the ground with no marking of wet paint, causing us and other visitors walk through and roll our suitcases through wet paint.
The location and proximity to Busch Gardens is as good."

"We didn't get to our hotel until 9:30 in the evening. The staff was very helpful in making sure that we were checked in and had something to eat before the restaurant closed at 10:00. They also helped with finding transportation to the port for our cruise the next morning. Defiantly recommend this hotel!"

"This property was under construction and we were not able to use the downstair bathroom. Plus you had to go outside to get to the pool and if you wanted to use the fire pit you couldn’t because it was roped off. Another thing that disturbed us was you had to pay $12 a night on top of the room rate to park in their own parking lot which didn’t make sense because there were no other places that shared the same parking lot."
