"We checked in after 1230am and the front desk was super helpful, I can't remember his name at moment but he was genuine, helpful and friendly. The hotel was very nice and safe. It was a nice room and clean. I'd stay there again anytime!"

Problem with no one at front desk after hours- calls went to voicemail, couldn’t check out early in the morning and no one did a wake up call , even though requested the night before as my room phone was disconnected- luckily my iPhone alarm worked."
