"The room looked adequate for a low level hotel in the add. It was presentable but looked like it had cheap landlord fixes everywhere. Upon arrival we noticed the air conditioner leaking heavily and the carpet was soaked. We mentioned it to the staff and all they did was offer us an ice bucket to catch the water.
