"The hotel room that I had was shabby , the cabinets were all broken up, charge $5 for the water. My main complaint is they didn’t open up the pools because of a dumb thing the wind. Had to rent a room next-door to go swimming. The room also had hair on the floor in the bathroom. I won’t stay here again."

"Check in staff can choose to be nice or choose to be rude and difficult, today they were rude and difficult which makes the start of the day off to a negative which is never good. They are working getting paid while you are wanting to enjoy your vacation but they apparently want you to be miserable like them so they like to flex their power. Such a shame."

"I booked a renovated king room two months in advance, but when I arrived, The STRAT gave me a non-renovated room with two queen beds. When I brought it up, the front desk dismissed my concern and said I booked the room, not the bed type or room. I ended up having to find another hotel at the last minute. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service."
