"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"prime location if you wanna stay at the strip. the pool is huge for 21+ and up. i would stay here again it’s right in the middle. they have digital check in which makes it easy. $30 early check in not too bad . the digital machine prints the keys too "

"The Horseshoe was perfectly accommodating, with nice rooms and comfortable beds. I loved the pool, it wasn’t too busy and the canopy price was so great. I feel like I genuinely got to enjoy an on strip hotel without having to sacrifice thousands of dollars for a nice experience. I would love to come back again. "
