"I had the sweetest stay at Shami and Dave’s home. It was exactly what I needed and in the perfect location. The breakfast provided was so nourishing and fresh. As well, the rooms are so so cozy and make you feel right at home. It’s also close to so many activities and beautiful scenery. I will definitely stay here again when back in Rotorua!"

"Noisy air exhaust fan in bathroom Aircon also noisey on low setting Room 201 is outdated and tired Smelt musty. Heavy condensation on windows and bed is immediately next too the window. Can feel the cold condensation. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience in #201 sorry to say. I’ve stayed at the hotel twice before, however I believe on those occasions the rooms were in the new wing which I’ve blocked the pool. On this occasion the room was in the older part of the hotel."

"The overall location was nice, pretty quiet, other than the cyclone outside but that wasn’t their fault. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well! We used the hot tub and it was nice and hot despite the winds. We would stay here again if in the area! "

"We stayed in the luxury suite and it was perfect for just the two of us and the soak area was nice too, the lady at the desk was super helpful and even gave us a discount code for the hot pool TV has everything you could need and supports chrome cast and multiple lighting settings too Location was great surrounded by other hotels and about 5 minutes from anywhere"

"Check-in is at 3:00 PM, a bit late. We asked if they could check us in earlier, but they didn't even ask which room it was; they just said no. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and at 9:57 AM they were outside the room wanting to clean it. The place is generally nice, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Good lighting. They're building in front of the pool, which is a bit annoying. Also, our socks got black from the carpet."

"Motel has paper thin walls and is located next door to an indian temple or something, lots of inconsiderate indians staying in the motel making loads of noise, banging doors etc until late making sleeping near impossible"

"You give for what you paid. The first room that they gave us had a broken sliding door to the Spa room. One of the pillow was dirty. The second room didn't had a water stopper for the spa and it was not working fully. The reception don't open after evening, so if you come back after dinner and find out there you need any services there are none. The rooms are quite big, it's suitable if you have a big family with kids. And they have a kitchen that you can cook, if you don't feel like going out...
