"At nowhere in the reservation process were we notified that 21 is the minimum age to check in. I have asked for a callback from a supervisor and still have not received one. We are greatly disappointed and wondered what would’ve happened if this had been a -20° day."

"The rooms were clean and fresh. You can tell the place is new. Breakfast was good. Food looked appetizing and tasted great! I was disappointed that they said there were biscuits but I either missed them because I was late or they didn't have them that morning. The staff was super friendly and inviting. We walked in to a smiling front desk staff which felt welcoming. I highly recommend Home2 Suites By Hilton!"

"The room smell, they don’t look like the picture shows. Waited two day for a remote that never showed up. Not jacuzzi tub like it shows for the Sweet. The main lobby was a little room not a large lobby like shown in the pictures. "

"There was no hot tub at this hotel. We were disappointed as it was listed on Expedia as having a hot tub."

"There were ants in the bathroom and no juice at breakfast. The dumpster outside was overflowing with trash and the fence along the parking lot looked like someone drove through it. The room smelled musty."

"Whenever I’m visiting Syracuse, I stay here. It is clean and dog friendly and the price is right! I enjoy the pool and the bar and free parking. "

"I had a early morning appointment so I wasn’t able to have breakfast, but there was ample enough parking, I spilled a 1/2 a cup of soda so I got a hand towel and cleaned it up, it was disgusting to the point it was almost black, so I got a wet washcloth and cleaned up the sticky part and that was even worse. Dirty disgusting dirty. The place is almost brand new these people should be ashamed of their self, leaving it like that. !!!"

"Staff were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t include breakfast for a fee next time because it’s very restrictive. Parking is convenient and safe but is an additional hefty fee. Location is ideal for walking to everything around Armory Square."

"Beautiful building, and the inside of the hotel was amazing, the complimentary breakfast was so good, the only issue I had was that I put in a request for extra pillows and was told they’d be dropped off, I waited over 2 hours and nothing and ended up taking a nap, while I was in bed and wasn’t dressed and the door swung up and housekeeping walked in… I was extremely embarrassed and on top of that never got the pillows. "

"It was fine. The bathroom had seen better days it looked a bit battered. More important it could use a deep cleaning, lots of dust and dirt when I pulled the pocket door of the bathroom closed as well as on the vents and fixtures. "
