"The staff was super friendly and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! Not just the usual eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt etc (though they had that too!) but beignets one morning and Eggs Benedict another! The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!"

"They offered Free laundry machines to their guests. Mary, the weekend breakfast server/worker was so sweet!!!!! Missed her during the week. The room cleaners/service personnel were nice as well when we needed extra items from their carts. The front desk, Dan for 1, personnel were nice as well and helpful. I will stay here again when I come to Syracuse again!"

"We came to Syracuse for a concert on a Thursday night. The room was over $400. Two adults and two children. When we arrived, they didn't have our reservation, but when when I pulled out my phone for verification, the girl at the front desk reset the computer, and there we were. The rooms were remodeled recently, but there was no dark curtain in our room. It was difficult to fall asleep and it was an early rise due to the sun and light blaring through the window. "Good location with restaurants and a museum nearby. Very clean. Ample street parking nearby. I would not choose this hotel again for one reason -the noise! My room overlooked the street. There was a bar across the street and there were rowdy customers spilling out late on a Sunday night that lasted for a while, then there was the traffic driving by and the garbage trucks that woke me in the morning. The windows are not soundproof enough so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place...
