"When my friend and I got there the man at the desk claimed he only had a king for us (although I already booked two queens) but I got him to admit he had the room He said the tv was broken but it wasn't he probably just wanted more money out of us Also had to give a one hundred dollar deposit "in case we broke something" hopefully I'll get that back within the 48 hours he said I would"

"Nice clean place with free breakfast and 24 hour front desk staff. However, for some reason my room would not get cleaned. Most places will clean during the afternoon while everyone is out, but this place just did it in the morning during breakfast. Had to request clean towels from front office, which they did of course, and let them know my room needed to be cleaned but it was still not taken care of. Decent hotel but just disappointed with the lack of housecleaning."

"We stayed at this property while in town for a wedding in Skaneateles and it worked out perfectly. The owners were very nice and you could tell they do want people to enjoy their stay in the area. Our room did get a little hot in the evening and I wish the pillows and beds were a bit more comfortable. The shower handle was a bit hard to get adjusted to a comfortable temperature. There is easy access to a small shopping mall area nearby for more chain-type restaurants but also be sure to check...

"Clean room and easy free parking. Comfortable mod lobby area and breakfast spot. Ok breakfast if you want something basic. Small but adequate gym area and nice indoor basketball court. Very comfortable stay. This is a great go to place for us when visiting our son at Syracuse University."
