"Very helpful and friendly front desk staff at check in. The kids enjoyed the pool, the beds were comfy. Breakfast was the standard continental breakfast."

"Nice park-side location. About a 15 minute walk to downtown and restaurants. They have their own parking, so that is convenient. The "king size" beds seemed rather small to us."

"Great breakfast options. Staff was friendly even when my daughter made a huge spill in the dining area. Owner was great with his staff as well, from what I seen. Only thing was the noise of either staff or a guest our last night there at 1230am. They even had a welcome bag for my daughter of snacks and a water. That was super sweet!"

"The girl who checked us in was not friendly or informative. We had no idea where our room was or where to park. No information about amenities or a pool. Our handicap accessible room had about 12 inches of space between the bottom of the bed and the wall. Barely enough room to squeeze through to get to the bathroom. Not just the usual eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt etc (though they had that too!) but beignets one morning and Eggs Benedict another! The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!"

"Good location with restaurants and a museum nearby. Very clean. Ample street parking nearby. I would not choose this hotel again for one reason -the noise! My room overlooked the street. There was a bar across the street and there were rowdy customers spilling out late on a Sunday night that lasted for a while, then there was the traffic driving by and the garbage trucks that woke me in the morning. The windows are not soundproof enough so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place...

"The staff was fantastic. We had a problem with the AC in our room and they moved us to another room very quickly. The hotel went through recent renovations and it looks great. Breakfast was also good. Pricing is very reasonable. Totally will recommend it."
