"The best hotel in Syracuse "

"Things we had to ask for: 1) a clean pillowcase because one looked like it had a bloodstain on it. 2) a second roll of toilet paper. 3) more shower wash. 4) coffee that wasn’t decaf at the complimentary breakfast, which they turned out to not have 5) access to our room because they only gave us keycards for one day instead of the two we had booked. All of these things have happened to me on other trips and I never bother writing bad reviews for those hotels because the staff was always fine at...

"Loved the bathroom and tub"

"When checking in the female clerk was chewing on something, gum, candy or food) and it was difficult to understand her. Getting the shuttle was quick as I left at 5 am and the driver was sitting at the front desk ready to leave. Breakfast wasn’t served until 6 am. "

"Parking was well lit and there was plenty of space. It was raining when we arrived and I was thankful we could unload near the door and not get our luggage wet. The luggage racks were right there and easy to use. For the price of the hotel it was clean and mostly quiet. I could hear other doors shut happened twice. But the doors were heavy. It didn't bother me or wake me up. My boys both enjoyed the hot huge waffles at breakfast. I was thankful there was coffee and I didn't have to drive...

"Parking was easy. Front desk was helpful. Kinda off the path but gas station near by"

"First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me."

"The staff was good. The room is very clean and neat and very modern looking. The pillows were small and deflated when you laid on them. Pillows could’ve been better. Otherwise a good stay."

"Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer"
