"The staff was amazing and nice. The property looks prettier in pictures. The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh...

"No amenities to use! No pool, no gym, no complimentary lobby coffee. Cute fresh coffee shop in the lobby u til 2 tho. They cleaned our room ONCE in 5 nights…because we complained. Every time I saw the cleaning crew, I let them know that we’d be leaving in a few minutes and to come back, but they never did.
Otherwise, great location"

"The property was fine. It was clean enough and everybody was helpful except for the restaurant guy in the morning when my husband tried to get a couple of items for breakfast and we were running out to the shuttle. He tried to charge my husband a fee for breakfast. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and my husband told him that but he gave my husband a hard hard time and so we had to give a lower rating because of this one person. Everybody else was great."
