"The staff was truly remarkable. We were instantly relaxed. Our bags were in our room before we were. Snacks in the room, a well stocked fridge with water and juice. A lovely bottle of wine. Amazing breakfast included and brought to the room in baskets. When we checked out, the staff got our luggage, brought our car around, had bottled water ready for us and warmed up the car - all with smiles. And the bar staff - great drinks and very heavy pours with the wine :)"

"It was roughly 15 years ago we stayed at High Peaks Resort with the kids when they were about 5 years old and we brought them back this year for a new perspective. The first time around we stayed at a room in the Main Resort, this time around we stayed at a room in the Waterfront Collection. Excellent room with obvious wonderful views.
