"I booked 2 rooms because my mom had to have surgery.. the hospital called the last minute and canceled the surgery. The hotel management would not agree to refund. Under the circumstances I would think they had a enough empathy & compassion not to charge us. That's over $300 that i can't get back.."

"There a hidden charges when booking for a room. Not sure if Expedia is aware but beside the confirm amount for the room, they will ask for a refundable $100.00 deposit for “amenities “ . This charges should be disclosed upon booking and not during check in."

"Such a horrible experience I ended up not staying the night and going to a different hotel. First, I'm placed in a room with a broken toilet. Then I'm placed in a dirty room. Blanket had a stain, dirt and debris on the floor, and found an empty beer can behind the toilet which shows how little they give a damn about checking and cleaning everything. Also had a lock that wouldn't read the key card so I'd have to be let in by the clerk anytime I wanted to enter the room. I decided to go get food...

"The pictures are not as they appear when in person. The front desk staff could use some hospitality or general customer service guidance on how to welcome and greet guests. When going to the room, the strong smell of mold and mildew hit me, and it felt hard to breathe. There was staining on the carpet, sheets on the bed were different colors as if not washed, the AC/Heating unit had mold from lack of cleaning. There were broken and damages clearly visible from the front entrance, stairwell, and...
