"Room was clean, lots of water pressure, and I like the new kind of door keys
I wish they had muffins for breakfast, the raisin bread was very good, the beans were very international for breakfast, but having the forks, butter, etc in three different spots was kind of inconvenient
I like the coffee and tea selections
We enjoyed the hot tub; it still needs a little work.
This hotel has gone through a massive renovation; I hate to think what it cost
Very close to the Alderwood Mall.

"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....
