"Put us on the second floor. No elevator so had to carry luggage and all our leathers up the long flight of stairs. At least the desk clerk helped us carry a couple things up. Chose it because of the hot tub but it wasn't working. Breakfast wasn't much. Barely enough to call it a breakfast."

"My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary recently. The hotel and casino itself was very clean and the staff were very helpful which we appreciate it greatly. We had a brand new renovated room that was fantastic and had a great view and we give that 5 out of 5 stars. The Black Rock restaurant was also amazing and I had the best steak in my life. However overall we would give our experience a four out of five star rating due to the parking lot which has a ton of pot holes in it and those cause the problem driving around and through them. I would also like to add that this hotel has a very very nice pool and hot tub as well that we went to almost every day."
