Front desk lady was lovely. Parking is a challenge (especially for high profile vehicles). There is a small underground parking garage but most people park in the spaces at street level. We had such a great stay at the Hyatt. We had 3 families going and the staff made sure our three rooms were as close as possible. The rooms were all well stocked with great quality kitchen cookware.
