"Room was beautiful. Dining was awful. Bland food and terrible service. Front desk was not knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Went on the onsite hike and trail was not well marked. Off duty employees said they hadn’t gotten around to the t yet. Very underwhelmed by the resort"

"The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner.
