"Slug in the bed.
Amenities being down is annoying enough but having a slug in the bed is absolutely unacceptable and now I'm getting the run around on trying to get a refund (owner hung up when I called for an update a week later).
Wish I'd paid more attention to the reviews already on here; don't make my mistake, stay somewhere else."

"The air conditioner and heat in my room was not changeable. My room is 79° all night long couldn’t open the window or doing anything else. I have trouble breathing. I need a cool room to sleep in and that’s what they gave me. Also, we checked in two hours early and they charged us 40 extra dollars for two hour check-in. If you get a chance go somewhere else. "
