Hotel Murah di Brockway Vista

"Cozy, relaxing, and perfect atmosphere for my first time in Lake Tahoe. Easy check in and the staff is friendly and greeted me throughout my 3 day stay, daily."

"The check in was chaotic as I was assigned a room that did not match the description and picture of the room that I had booked online through Expedia. I mentionned to the clerk that I wanted the room that I had specifically booked. The clerk was reluctant , finding multiple excuses for assigning a different room in a different location of the property. She mentionned a change in room would incur additional charges !! She finally changed the room after a long "discussion". I was finally...

"Perfect!"

"Really loved our stay here for four nights. Will be returning here whenever we visit now. Staff around the property were so helpful and kind. Everything was just perfect for a cozy trip to the lake."

"Nice for the price point"

"This place was an incredible value and very charming. We stayed in the lodge at the top of the hill. It had a great view, your own park spot and clean and comfortable. If I had more time, I would have rented one of the cabins. They were so cute and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back and stay longer here."

"The Franciscan is a real gem on the North Shore."

"Very attentive staff"

"Some The body shampoo and shampoo pumps didn't work. And in room 225, both outlets on the right side of the bed were not working."

"Great place to stay in Incline Village. We will be back!"

"no microwave"

"Met our expectations. Only heard another hotel guest once in the night for a short time, which makes it above average for quiet in our experience. Comfortable and clean. Very basic breakfast. Note that the front desk is only open until 10PM, so make arrangements ahead of time if arriving late."

"Our short stay was nothing short of wonderful! The staff was very helpful and kind. My 2 year old loved running around the courtyard and they were also very accommodating with our puppy! We will be back :)"

"I have stayed here a few times when traveling from California and enjoy the convenience of a clean room, a restaurant within the property and a staff that is attentive and courteous. These qualities are importantly to me and I have found them here. There is a slight smell of smoke due to the casino area and I’m not a smoker, but I’ve found there has been no smell of smoke in any of the rooms I have stayed in and this works for me."

"Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. I would’ve been better if we were given different choices. The breakfast on Saturday and on Monday were exactly the same."

"I have stayed at probably every hotel with a kitchen in the Reno/Carson City vicinity and will continue to book this Residence Inn. The amenities feel comfortable and the rooms feel more like home. I especially love that they actually provide the right amount of dishes and cookware that I rarely have to improvise. The gym is nice and clean, the pool area is relaxing and the outdoor common areas are so inviting. I made steak on the grill! You just ask for BBQ tools at the front desk. I was so...
