"There is no staff on site, this is self check and self check out. The pool and hot tub were not cleaned during our stay and they both had sand and other debris. We could not locate an ice machine so I don’t know if they have 1 or not. It’s a nice location walkable to the beach and a few restaurants."

"This place has some very nice features and a couple terrible aspects - the room itself was very clean and comfortable. It’s a historic building that seems to have been a rooming house, not a hotel bc there is no lobby or staff. It’s 2-3 flights of stairs with no elevator. To check in you need to go next door inside the casino, but there’s also a fantastic restaurant right across the street , Soule Domain. The worst thing was that they state checkout is 11am but they actually cancel your room...

"Staff was very friendly on the phone and in person. I was a little disappointed with a few things but some were probably my fault. I didn't realize a 1 bedroom unit only had a mini fridge, it was tiny. I had 5 days of food that needed to go in a fridge. I also didn't know the units were not lakeside (i knew I didn't book lake view) but didn't know the unit was across the street and also connected to other units. Unfortunately we had extremely loud neighnors, 9 people (adults and kids) in one...

"We brought our cat and stayed in a pet-friendly rooms. The kitchen/living area had lots of storage space, refrigerator, small stovetop, microwave and utensils/cups/etc that were convenient. Dish soap, a scrub sponge and a drying towel were provided for clean up. However, whomever previously had our room didn’t thoroughly wash everything, so we had to pre-wash some things before we could cook. Also, water pressure at the kitchen sink was low at times. "The room was clean. The staff (Front Desk - Isabella) was very helpful and explained their incidental fee reimbursement process. Breakfast was very minimal. It would have been nice if maybe hard boiled eggs were added or pre-packaged breakfast muffins were available. Breakfast foods were okay to fill the void."

"Loved the room and the layout was perfect. Problem took one day to fix the TV not working The shades did not block out the light at night--tried different ways to keep them fully closed. The breakfast was alright nothing special for two day the eggs the same and sausage patties; bananas very green. Nice plates and sliverware and tables. I guess you have to always ask for more coffee etc. each day. Lots of parking. Loved the shower head with the wonderful changes of spray."
