Found one big roach, killed using my sandal. Found 3 pincher bugs. One by corner of bed, one inside my dog's drinking bowl, one crawled across my chest and woke me up. The fridge cabinet was falling apart. The remote batteries needed changing."

"Checked into a non-smoking room, and the moment I walk in it smells like smoke in the air, pillows, sheets, etc.
Staff was nice and friendly which was great.
Said it was a queen bed but looked and felt like a full.
Fridge was very big and spacious and having a microwave was a nice addition, I will admit.
No sound proofing in the walls so you can hear people above you (if on bottom floor) using running water, showering, or going up and down the stairs. Woke me up a few times in the night.

"Bfast was ok. Coffee is Light Roast - but tasted good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bath is well set up.
Extra Parking fees are absolutely outrageous.
Walls are thin.
Don't expect any requests in the reservation to be even considered.
Wa asked for low floor, being older and one cannot do elevators. Nope. Top floor to carry luggage and all for four days.

"The room smelled very strong like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. When I turned on the AC a lot of what seemed like pet hair came out of it and filled the room. We left the door open and tried to get the hair out but the smoke smell never left. One of the new sheets had a cigarette burn in it and the front desk employee was very dry and showed no emotion to anything during our initial conversation at check in and when I went to go tell him what wangoingkn with the room."

"I would give Damon and staff, especially Mary, ten stars if an option! They were beyond accommodating as I kept having to extend due to flights, and the room was the best! Large, clean, cozy and quiet! Breakfast was perfect and the noon checkout made it very helpful. Thanks for making a crazy work trip so comfortable! "
