"The room was clean and very spacious, the toiletries provided were great, and it was quiet. There's a fridge as well as a safe in the room. I only stayed one night and checked out early in the morning, so I can't comment on how the housekeeping is. "The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "

"It's getting worse each time. The staff is never at the front desk and we waste so much time waiting to be checked in/checked out. At the very least they need to add a secure key drop box and a bell to call attention. I appreciate the dog-friendliness/ policies and the rooms have everything we need.
