Nice Place to Stay

The only thing wrong with the room was that the light at the entrance at the door was out. Otherwise, it was a clean comfortable room. The fridge worked and so did the microwave. The front counter clerk was friendly, knowledgeable and quick at her job.

Nice enough for the price paid.

Overall positive experience. The hotel was very nice for the price. Room was nice enough. Microwave and fridge in room but no coffee maker. Had to go to the front desk to get a remote for the tv. We were there two nights and did not get maid service so I don’t know if we stayed longer if there would have been anyone that came by. Lots of restaurants close by as well.

Pretty decent place for the money compared to other places around Lakeland. Older facility, but no issues with the room at all. Pretty large facility, and I may have been the only one staying there. Internet was slow and no real amenities at the hotel. No management or representative in the building between 10 PM and 10 AM. Was a very quiet place to stay.

Property is run down, dirty, and in desperate need of repairs. 1st room had broken shower. Staff was kind about moving us to a different room. It was very inexpensive, so I know not much can be expected.

The property on the outside was clean the lobby qas nice but when we went up to the elevator the 2nd floor was horrible. There was trash everywhere all up and down the hallways, trash bags piled up stacked 3 to 4 bags high. Yhere was a taped blue checkmark on the outside of out door. When we walked in we had 2 double beds neither one had a bedframe. No microwave. We tried to plug the phone charger in and there was food wrappers and candy from the last person who stayed there beside the end table. The remote control batteries were held un by scotch tape. We paid $150 to stay and were extremely disappointed then found out it was non refundable.
