We get up to the room and find the AC is not working in the room with the king size bed, went to the desk and the worker ‘Max’ told us “oh yea, that doesn’t work. "I had an incredible time staying here. Very clean, friendly staff."

"The room was clean and so were the public areas, however, they seemed to have an issue with carpet mites (I double checked what they were). I left them a note as that likely is more a management issue more than cleaning issue. They did get on the bed, though, but were easy to push off. The serving area for the food was tiny so you were squished in with people you didn't know in an extremely small space."

"Honestly one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a while. Exceptionally clean - to the point where I thought it was a newer hotel (I think it was built in 2013?). "Really nice place and we enjoyed our quick over night stay! We did want to try to connect our Bobby rewards to this booking, but the staff said it wasn’t possible. I was a bit disappointed that they could try to connect our points to our Bonvoy app. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay there again!"

"On booking a twin King bed room for 5 adults it was listed as having a rollaway bed available for the 5th adult. Upon arrival they said they could not do that. Front desk then offered extra pillows and blankets and gave us a breakfast credit for all of us - then charged us breakfast. Avoid this place."
