"A nice hotel with friendly dining room staff. The room/bathroom were a little bit tired but the bed and pillows were comfortable. The grout and tiles need a refresh. Steam from a short, hot shower triggered the fire alarm and we were met with a fierce member of reception telling us, ‘you have triggered my fire alarm’…by using the shower! Food was much better than expected at dinner. Breakfast was ok with plenty of choice. £10 per night to park. Well located. We didn’t use the spa but hot tub, sauna etc looked ok too. We would defo use again if we got a good deal."

"Our stay was great! The location is wonderful and it is a very charming property. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was very good. Only downside was that there was no onsite parking. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay again."
