"Everything was safe and sound"

"Room had dirty floors, smoke alarm went off for almost 30 minutes, and there was no way to call the front desk. I tried my phone in my room twice, it was even plugged in and it didn’t work. Then I called the front desk three different times with my cell phone to find out if they’re actually was a fire or if we were in any danger at 1:45 in the morning and nobody answered."

"Pésima atención , pésimo servicio , nos pasamos más de 1 hora y media para que nos pudieran atender y hacer el check-in nos dieron la habitación a las 2 am y la reservé desde las 10 Pm . El peor hotel al que he ido. La habitación sin almohadas , las alfombras todas sucias , todo lo de metal oxidado , había olor a orine en la habitación. La puerta si alguien la empuja de afuera se abría sola. PÉSIMO PÉSIMO PÉSIMO…."
