"The hotel has over 200 rooms and only two elevators. The whole time I was there, one of the two elevators was broken so we had to wait 10,15,20 minutes to get to or from our room. Absolutely ruins your stay."

"We arrived and there was no receptionist. So I grabbed the lobby phone and called and she finally came out. I said oh that was me calling because no one was here. And instead of a friendly greeting or an “I’m sorry” I basically got a “yeah?” We proceeded to the elevators and one opened half way and was beeping constantly. "Our accommodations were good. The room seems to be a little bit outdated, but it was clean. Slept well, but pillows and mattress need to be replaced. They wasn’t soft, but they were gently used. Staff was excellent and always very helpful. Mainly the two ladies that worked the front desk upon my arrival and whatever I needed. I needed some towels and they were very accommodating.
