"Your front desk staff was rude. We checked in at around 1145pm. I was asking questions in regards to parking and also help with the luggage. not to help carry but better alternative to using stairs. since the elevator was not working. she was on her personal phone with her air pods and was not helpful and rude. I am not hadicap per say but i do have a very hard time walking upstairs, i was left to figuere it out my self until the security help me. Had i of know that there was not going...

"Even though we only stayed for a night we really liked this place. It’s close to the Kemah boardwalk and restaurants. The room included a fridge and microwave. They had a pool in which my kids loved to swim in it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Even once we had checked out and realized our child left their iPad behind Sara from the front desk went out of her way to personally check the room and retrieve it for us!"

"No housekeeping in 3 days? The afternoon front desk attendant was no where in sight for 10 minutes when I went to complain about the lack of housekeeping. She was apparently on her cellphone somewhere in the the back, rather than being at the front desk, where she needed to be. Very few staff to take care of the hotel, so the quality has gone down to where we have decided to never go back to a Holiday Inn. We stayed in the one in Miami earlier this month, where we encountered prostitutes...
